Cristiane Freire spent twenty years as a CFO in the restaurant industry — building systems, managing operations, making things run beautifully behind the scenes. Beauty was always the pull, but she brought something most salon owners never have: the discipline to build it right.

Wesley Belchior brought the other half. With over 18 years of professional artistry, training at Tony & Guy and Vidal Sassoon, and a career that took him from Brazil to the International Wella Trend Vision Awards in Paris, he is the creative engine behind everything that happens in the chair.

Together they cover everything. Cristiane ensures the experience is seamless — the welcome, the rhythm, the quiet luxury that makes clients feel at home from the moment they walk in. Wesley ensures the work is exceptional. It is a rare combination, and it shows.

Wesley's artistry is the creative backbone of The One. A graduate of Tony & Guy and Vidal Sassoon with advanced training through Wella and L'Oréal, he spent nine years inside the Walter Coiffeur Salon Network before going independent. In 2011 he represented Brazil at the International Wella Trend Vision Awards in Paris — one of the most prestigious stages in global hairdressing — standing alongside the biggest names in fashion and beauty.

He calls his approach Precision Intuitive: understand the person first — their lifestyle, face shape, hair texture, personality — then execute with total technical command. The rest of the team shares that philosophy. Edon trained at L'Oréal Paris Professional and refined his work across New York and Los Angeles. Jovana blends European color theory with a Brazilian instinct for dimension.

Brazilian salons have a specific culture: serious about technique, generous with time, and built on relationships rather than transactions. We brought that culture to S. Beverly Drive and never compromised it.
