At The One Beauty Salon, we prioritize the time of both our clients and stylists. To uphold this commitment, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy.
If you find yourself unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can reach the salon by calling 424-303-7054 or sending a text to 310-567-3792.
If, for any reason, you are unable to make your appointment, please call the Salon 24-hours before your scheduled appointment at 424-303-7054 or text us at 310-567-3792. All no-shows and/or cancellations beyond this 24-hour window, will result in a 50% service cancellation fee.
