Jerusalem-born Maurice discovered he has a unique sense of style and an eye for beauty at a very young age. He sought to develop his gift in Paris by learning the art under the guidance of world-famous hairstylist, Jacques Dessange. Maurice’s impressive rise to the top made him a household name in the city of love and light.

After his brilliant run in Paris, he pursued success and recognition in the big apple. As an efficacious lead stylist for Frederic Fekkai in New York, Maurice was tasked to lead a team to open Fekkai’s luxurious salon on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, CA. Working in the heart and soul of Hollywood, Maurice had the great opportunity of showing his talent and skills by styling A-list celebrities such as Emmy Rossum, Tommy Lee Jones, Sandra Bullock, Brooke Shields, Hillary Duff, Don Johnson, and other celebrities & dignitaries.

Fusing his love for style and people, Maurice knows how to accentuate his clients’ assets. His emphasis on detail allows his clients to shine on the red carpet and other notable events.

Maurice is proud of his achievements as well as gracing the covers of New York Times Magazine, Marie Claire, and the Los Angeles Times.

Maurice is back in his hometown glitzing and glamming renowned politicians and famous celebrities at his brand-new, posh Saphira Salon, in the luxurious milieu of the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Jerusalem, Israel. When Maurice is not in Jerusalem, you can find him styling in Beverly Hills, San Francisco, New York, and Paris.
