How do I book an appointment?

Do you require a deposit to book?

Some services require a credit card to hold the appointment. This will be indicated during the online booking process. The card is not charged unless there is a late cancellation or no-show.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee. We understand that things come up — please reach out as early as possible so we can offer the time to another guest.

Can I request a specific stylist?

Yes. You can select your preferred stylist during online booking. If your stylist is unavailable on your preferred date, we recommend checking back as schedules update regularly, or calling us directly.

Do you offer free consultations?

A consultation is included with every service. For complex color corrections, significant hair extension changes, or clients who are new to the salon, we may recommend a standalone consultation before the service appointment to ensure we have enough time to plan properly.

Why do some services list prices with a "+"?

Prices with "+" are starting prices. The final cost depends on your hair's length, density, and the scope of work involved. Your stylist will give you an accurate quote during the consultation before any service begins.

How long do hair extensions last?

It depends on the method. Tape-in extensions typically need a move-up every 6 to 8 weeks. Keratin bonds last 3 to 4 months before a move-up is needed. Weft extensions require tightening every 6 to 8 weeks. With proper care, the extension hair itself can last much longer and be reused across multiple applications.

Can I color my hair after a Brazilian Blowout?

Yes. We recommend waiting at least two weeks after a Brazilian Blowout before coloring to let the treatment fully set. In many cases, we can perform a gloss or toner immediately after — your stylist will advise based on your specific situation.

Do you do color corrections?

Yes. Color corrections are accepted by consultation only. There is no way to accurately quote a correction without seeing the hair in person, understanding its history, and setting realistic expectations for what can be achieved in a single session versus multiple visits.

Where are you located and is there parking?

We are at 1149 S Beverly Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90035. Street parking is available on S Beverly Drive and the surrounding streets. There is also a paid parking structure on the block.

What should I bring or wear to my appointment?

Wear something you do not mind getting color on — a dark shirt or one you are not attached to. If you have inspiration photos, bring them or have them ready on your phone. Coming with your hair in its natural state (no heavy product) is helpful for consultations.
