Cristiane Freire
Cristiane Freire founded The One Beauty in 2021 after a bold pivot that surprised everyone who knew her — including herself. For two decades she worked as CFO of a multi-location restaurant group, building departments from scratch and managing operations across the board. She was good at it. But beauty was always the pull.
Born in Brazil, Cristiane grew up watching her family treat grooming as a ritual, not a chore. When she finally made the move to open a salon in Beverly Hills, she brought that ethos with her: a salon that feels unhurried, personal, and quietly luxurious. The One is what she always wanted to walk into.
Today she oversees every detail of the salon experience — from how guests are welcomed to which products line the shelves. Her background in operations means nothing is left to chance.

Wesley C. Belchior
Wesley Belchior grew up in Brazil knowing exactly what he wanted to do — and eighteen years later, he's still doing it better than almost anyone. He trained at two of the most demanding academies in the world, Tony & Guy and Vidal Sassoon, and went deep with advanced programs through Wella and L'Oréal. Before going independent, he spent nine years inside the Walter Coiffeur Salon Network, building the kind of technical foundation that doesn't rattle under pressure.
He calls himself a Precision Intuitive, which sounds like a personality type but is really a method: listen hard, ask the right questions, then execute with total confidence. Every consultation goes further than most — lifestyle, face shape, hair texture, personality. The result is work that looks like it was always meant to be there.
In 2011, Wesley represented Brazil at the International Wella Trend Vision Awards in Paris — one of the most competitive hair events in the world — standing alongside names like Vidal Sassoon. He was selected as one of the greatest beauty professionals in his country. The industry called him a visionary prodigy. His clients call him back.
Today he brings that same precision and warmth to Beverly Hills, where his hair and makeup work is defined by one thing: natural beauty elevated by technique, never replaced by it.

Edon Marq
Edon Marq trained at L'Oréal Paris Professional and spent nine years building his craft across two of the most competitive cities in the world. He started in Brazil, then moved to New York City where he worked for three years in some of Manhattan's most demanding salons before settling in Los Angeles.
His approach to hair is architectural. He looks at how a cut will move in two weeks, not just how it sits in the chair. Color work is considered the same way — always thinking about how it grows out, how it reads in different light, how it fits the person wearing it.

Jovana Moreno
Jovana Moreno works at the intersection of color and texture — two things that are impossible to separate at the level she operates. Her specialties are dimensional blonding, vivid color transformations, custom hair extensions, precision cuts, and modern perms. That list is not common. Most stylists pick a lane. Jovana excels across all of them.
Her philosophy is simple: every result should enhance who you already are, not replace you with someone else. High-impact work done with enough restraint that it feels like it was always there.
